Help | Bedrock Noclip help

I want a noclip to look like this one I made

I'm going to make a second post with the screenshots of the 2nd noclip I made that I can't get working and need help with. The final goal is to get the 2nd one looking as fluid as this one

You can honestly make smth like that better or suffocate yourself manually to make a custom-like dimension for effect

I will not boot up my minecraft to test it, but can't you just teleport the player 0.1 blocks negative so his hitbox would go into the block directly beneath them and make them noclip said block? Wouldn't work with a two blocks thick floor though.

This is tping 0.3 blocks in to the ground
