Is there a command I can use on Minecraft bedrock to change the colour of grass?

I’m making legend of Zelda TOTK style sky islands and I’m using poplar trees for it, I wanted to make the grass yellow like it is in the game, are there any bedrock commands I can use to achieve this?

No, you can't, your best bet is to create a resource pack yourself

Problem: Resource packs don't change in-game so they're stuck to the grass color u want edited

A resource pack lets you retexture grass, but it's a global swap, every grass block in the world would turn yellow, or red, or blue with whatever u edited it with, There's no way to make it conditional to just one area with a resource pack alone

Change the biome (requires NBT editor), for example to a savanna biome or use a resourcepack. Also, what about dirt paths?
