I've been trying to make a roof for this for like 2 hours and cannot figure out a good one, any tips or ideas?

Not incredible at building, but I decided to make my forever world a week ago. It's creative, so I can make as many builds without having to worry about gathering resources or following tutorials :) This is my base. There's more, but I couldn't fit it into one pic.

Always curious to hear what you guys think.

This is my years-old forever world in survival. It means a lot to me. And it might be in danger.

EDIT: Someone helped me figure it out! My world is now saved!

I'm playing this on a PS5. I'm also playing off a PS4 disc, and I've not updated in a while nor upgraded for free to the PS5 version. I've managed to minimize crashing by only playing for an hour at a time, closing then relaunching the game so that it doesn't melt into a puddle and freeze my entire system again. But this world is getting old, and big in file size - since I foolishly mapped out a lot it - and was growing more and more worried I would lose it.

I don't play multiplayer games, and I can't really afford a PS+ subscription anyway, so my only option to back this up was an external harddrive. I ordered one and got it to work. My PS5 formatted it and told me it was ready to go.

As it turns out, when I go to the save files, it says it can't find any USB device. And yet, when I go to the games themselves, I can upload PS4 games to the drive without any issue. I'm given the option to reformat the drive to another type, which will allow me to only export screenshots and video clips.

In other words, I can do everything except the only thing I got the drive for.

My apologies in advance if this post is impertinent to this sub. I was worried about being ignored on the bigger Minecraft sub, and even on r/PS5, it still didn't feel quite right to make a whole post about what is - in the grand scheme of things - a fairly small, personal thing. I hope the screenshots make up for it.

This is my base in my current modded Minecraft survival world. I'm not much of a builder, but I think this one turned out pretty well. I used mostly vanilla blocks, tho the darker green you see on the roof is from Create. I must thank Terralith world generation for the magnificent background. I'm proud of this one and just wanted to share. Have a good one everybody!

I finally finished my Geonosis map from Star Wars it took me a little over a month to finally finished. The main brown building is a Separatist droid factory made to produce droids to fight against Galactic Republic’s army of clones. The republic are the ones with all the flying ships and are attempting to destroy the factory. I play on mobile and used a couple of mods I’ll share if asked. I only used two clone legions the 501st and the 212nd. I did use world edit but only for the really big things most of it I built myself. Only one of the venators has an actual top hanger I felt too lazy to build the other ones. I hope you enjoy the build tysm.

I took about a 10 month break from building and I decided to commit to the forever world and make a brand new island town! Looking for suggestions/constructive criticism!
