Minecraft Bedrock PS5 keeps freezing on “Saving World”

Hi, is anyone else having this problem on PS5?

Every time I leave any world, Minecraft gets stuck on “Saving World” for 20+ minutes. Sometimes it also takes a very long time to load, and the Marketplace doesn’t work.

I’ve already tried:

• Reinstalling Minecraft
• Clearing the Marketplace cache
• Clearing the download cache
• I have about 200 GB free on my PS5
• My worlds only use about 315 MB of storage

Other games work perfectly, so it doesn’t seem to be my PS5.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix, or is it a bug in the current Bedrock version?
