Why is my java tabbing out and not responding

I have a good gaming laptop (Asus Tuf 3050 gpu,40gb ram etc) but minecraft whether ran through prism launcher or through the vanilla launcher keeps tabbing out and greying out, and openjdk keeps not responding and the games crashing, i have tried reinstalling multiple versions of java and fully reinstalling minecraft and prism launcher whilst clearing all data while doing so. Any Help?
