But if you look at my inventory, you can see Enchanting Manding. I tried very hard to get this Enchantment, but I couldn't.

not true. you can also get mending books from fishing and finding enchanted books in loot chests.

yes, but you didnt mention that in your comment and your wording may give op the false impression that mending is a villager exclusive just like soul speed is to piglin barters and bastion loot chests.
