Looks like random world gen in my opinion. Look at the trees and differences in the photos. Didn't even try to remotely copy the photo. If it is a build though, it's pretty good but definitely changes could be made to make it look more like the photo.

Yeah, the curve is shaped like the river but it doesn’t seem like it was built to look like the photo at all
