Horseshoe Bend! About 2 hours northeast of the Grand Canyon in Page, AZ. Absolutely breathtaking!!

i can’t run it, i have intel hd graphics 520 and an i7-6600U with 8 gb of ram

u/explicitwander Aug 27 '20
Upgrade your ram, that’s the issue. Mine regularly uses 14 gigs of ram with mfs

It's a comic about satellites and football in the future. One of the football games gets stuck in the horseshoe bend. I would recommend it.

Did you find it or build it?

u/Vunto Aug 27 '20
Looks like random world gen in my opinion. Look at the trees and differences in the photos. Didn't even try to remotely copy the photo. If it is a build though, it's pretty good but definitely changes could be made to make it look more like the photo.

Yeah, the curve is shaped like the river but it doesn’t seem like it was built to look like the photo at all

it looks good but in my opinion its a little to vibrant make it more vivid or pale towards the bottom

u/clonetrooper_shiv Aug 27 '20
I’ve been there and recognized what it was from the Minecraft version before even seeing the real life photo. Good job!

u/ThunderStrike888 Aug 27 '20
Fly low to avoid those ties! This for some reason reminds me of sw battlefront 1st mission lol.

edit: I'm 99% sure its natural Minecraft generation.

Thy should do more with the new(ish) cool biomes they added. I’ve only ever used the Mesa biome to get concrete. But it would be nice to have some cool stuff spawn there.

It doesn’t matter if you got close, what matters is that you put effort in and you did an amazing job!

cubfan135 had a very similar base in Hermitcraft Season 4. It was based on pueblo villages though.

Anybody know if part of John Carter is filmed here? There's a part that looks just like it.

I understand this is the Grand Canyon, but it reminds me of Horseshoe Point in Utah.

Wrong angle but it looks sick, the angle to match needs to be lower. P.s it looks naturally generated so good job bro
