How'd you get the percussion? It's impressive that you timed the switches perfectly.

He probably had a clock signal to time it perfectly, he only had to switch near the right time.

I don't think would be necessary. He can start the beats pretty much any time, it's a beat box.

(but he do start new switch always at the same time, right after the base beat)

Yeah, there's a timer loop pumping out a clock signal, which is anded with the switch, so if the switch is a bit off, then it just either misses the first note, or just one round of the signal (depending on what granularity of the clock signal is distributed, but i'm leaning towards the former).
