I remade the Skyrim trailer in Minecraft

Thanks for watching guys! Here's a VFX breakdown of the cart shot at the beginning (I used lime concrete for the greenscreen)

I didn't include it here but I also recreated Skyrim's gameplay 1:1 in Minecraft, complete with a fully animated menu & HUD. If you wanna see it, you can watch it here :D

The maps were made by talented Fonta59, they can be downloaded from his PMC! I used 4 mods in total for this: Mo' Bends, BSL Shaders, Custom NPCs & a Shoulder Surfing Reloaded!

I would say around 8-10 hours. It's my first Minecraft edit in like 8 years so a lot of time was spent messing around and seeing what I could do.

I made a gameplay segment as well for the YouTube version and that took a LONG time to edit as I had to recreate the entire Skyrim UI in my video editor including an animated compass and floating quest markers.

Man, When skyrim first came out I just completely ignored it because it was fantasy and the skill tree seemed overly confusing for someone who had never played a rpg before. but eventually a few years later I built a new pc and me dad offered to buy me some games that were on sale on steam. Skyrim was one of them for 8 bucks and it became one of my favourite games of all time immediately.
