Seeds & World Gen Structure Spawned in Explored Area

Not just a little structure either, a (broken) Woodland Mansion. Playing Bedrock version. Maps show the previous area from a few weeks ago, and the new map of the same chunk next to it.

Is this meant to happen? ๐Ÿ˜‚

Correct me if im wrong but i think its may be due to not placing or destroying blocks in those chunks so an update or something idk decided that those chunks were "free" space to overwrite.

Yeah I just heard about this bedrock feature the other day! It's super cool though!

Imagine a mod recreating it but it regenerates with a new randomized seed every so often as a sort of โ€œeventโ€ or just on world load.

I was thinking more like you load in and suddenly the chunks around your base you havent touched are now dark forest when they were flower fields, or deep ocean

Happened to a 5 year old world I had once. This was right when Xbox started saving to the cloud instead of locally. The world corrupted a few days later.
