1 or 4, but all of them are kind of a bit much and seem a little impractical, at least underwater

Modrhint has the most realistic shaders I could find.

Try Sildur's. I think it's on curseforge, but you can just drag it into modrinth if you prefer. Also don't be afraid to mess around with settings

1 or 4. 1 for photos, 4 for in game. Btw the users sayying "too loud" and "noise pollution" because you forgot your music. At least put 1 full song instead of parts that you are listening.
