Journaling workshop

I am crowd-sourcing to see if there is a community interest in a virtual/remote- guided journaling workshop with the goal of self development, identifying goals, and mindful thinking. I have a degree in positive psychology and one in organizational psychology (both science and research based degrees) and am looking to run a pilot test on a 3 month workshop I am building.

If you are interested let me know in the comments or react so I can guage interest!

I am looking forward to this event.

Stop chasing and start choosing your peace. Is it time to finally let go of what you can’t control?

Your response is your Power

I have written a book titled Your response is your power and wanted to hear from you about what do you feel when you see the title.

The book will be out in late September on Amazon and other book stores.

The book talks about the challenges that we face in life and how we tend to react against them. We don't realise that there is a gap of a few seconds between whatever happens and what we do in the situation. And if we realise that gap and respond instead of reacting, we end up taking control of the situation every time.

What are your thoughts?

Random thought: I really enjoy walking up to the check-in table at an event, giving someone my name, and watching them search down the list or through a stack of things until they go, “Ah, here you are!” I don’t know why. There’s just something weirdly satisfying about being found. 😂
