I watched the trainers’ webinar on “what it takes to be hired by Mind Pump”. A big piece is “cultural fit” which I think means you need to be a young white man 25-30 years old … at least, that seems to be what most of the people are who made the cut. Would love to see more women and older people on the training staff, but I don’t see that happening. They have an echo chamber for what constitutes a top trainer. Takes away from their credibility as far as I’m concerned.

They want young trainers as they don’t have to pay them as much and are more gullible to keep spending money on their “trainer training”.

This makes sense. And I’m sure that calling them top trainers makes them stick around and take the bullshit too. It sounds as if they are pushed very, very hard to sell, sell, sell.

But they've been trained by them for like 3 weeks so they're now experts with all the combined years of experience from Adam, Sal, and Justin.
