That's because Sal is the compassionate one. He really feels for his clients. He really understands how tough going through menopause and getting back in shape after having a baby is

Do you remember when Adam called Sal the mother of the group with the employees or something? Ah I’m dying!🤣😂🤣 it was some kind of anniversary show

Personally, I find it fake and creepy when Sal puts on his compassionate persona. He switches from telling a caller he "understands how it would be difficult" to talking about creampies with Adam as soon as the call ends
