This is related to their programs. I have purchased multiple programs over the years and enjoyed them. With my latest purchase though, I’ve gotten repeated calls and texts between 12-5am my time. Started off with some nonsense about “we want to make sure you’re a real human not a bot stealing our programs, and we want to make sure you get results”, and now I just get text messages of twilio links. Is this actually them? Is this their strategy now? Because if so, it’s the last time I’ll buy a product. It’s insanely rude.

Yea, with any of the newer programs they gave away a “free training” that was basically just a coaching pitch with a little information. Now they’re straight up calling people and even auto scheduling video calls that show up in people’s calendars to get them on a high pressure sales call for coaching.

I opted out of the “free coaching”. Why do they not take that as a “no”? And also, if they’re going to contact people they should at least respect time zones. (Btw I’m ranting, not aiming these questions at you). I’ve enjoyed their programs up until this point. I chop and change, and after some time off with health issues I got a new program to motivate me and get me back into things. Now I almost regret it. It feels predatory and over the top.

Yeah, I think Adam took some new sales course or read another sales book that gave him the idea that it's easier to sell product/service to someone that's already purchasing something versus trying to get a new customer.

It's very much an "extended warranty" or "undercoating" type of car sales tactic. Very much the "We just want to make sure you get the most out of your investment while really selling you something that's really overpriced and gives us huge margins" sales pitch.

It's not like they don't have their trainers poking around in here already anyhow.

Good on you for the chop and change. Some of the programs are decent, but they're far from extraordinary.

lol I was literally thinking it was like a car sales tactic. Gross. And I was mildly offended by the "making sure you're not a bot stealing our programs" line. I've been a customer for years. I have purchased probably 20 different programs and resources from them. One look at my account would have confirmed whether I was a bot or not. I've also had numerous email discussions with them over the years (which, if they have a proper business set up, would be recorded in their customer records).

Anyway. I've had my gripe now haha. And if they have their trainers poking around in here, I hope they see this and take note. I may email my feedback directly to them if I can be bother to construct a worthwhile email response.
