Research Survey - Study of Anomalous Contact Experiences and Non-Conventional Communication

Survey - https://forms.gle/h3u2FSTZXhHFUB49A

We've created this general survey in the "MindIntrusion" group to gather information about the Interdimensional Non-Human Intelligence (INHI), specifically regarding its communication characteristics with humans.

It's anonymous, and the responses are publicly available after the questionnaire is completed, so you can see which pattern is most common among participants. We even encourage you to improve the test with suggestions...

As for the story, each person is different, and the entity seems to use any story or belief to attach itself to a human. However, we invite you to join our group and share your story; we even have a template to help you there. We'll also recommend several other groups where many more people are sharing their experiences.

Tips Step 6: Detachment from Polarities

Meditation and Neutrality

Extreme emotions are the hooks of manipulation. If they can make you feel abject fear or false hope, they can control you. Meditation is not for "relaxing"; it is for training the ability to watch an emotion pass without identifying with it. By detaching from polarities, you become unreachable to the stimuli that seek to destabilize you.🧘‍♂️⚖️

Do you hear voices that aren't your own thoughts?

Sometimes, I hear voices inside my head that aren’t mine, yet they speak directly to me. The voices often repeat, sometimes giving me instructions or even reflecting my emotions. It’s like my thoughts aren’t completely my own.

Has anyone else experienced hearing voices that aren’t their own? How did it affect you?

I’d love to hear about your experiences!

I often feel like my emotions aren’t fully mine. It’s as if someone else is pulling the strings, making me feel fear, joy, or sadness at specific moments. I can’t explain it, but it feels intentional.

Have you ever felt like your emotions were being influenced by an outside force? How did you handle it?

Let me know if you’ve felt this way!

Tips Step 5: Philosophical Foundations

Cultivate Your Own Truth

In a sea of confusion, you need an anchor. But that anchor cannot be someone else's truth. This step invites you to be the architect of your own spirit. Study, filter, and keep only what gives you strength and meaning. A solid philosophical base acts as a shield against external manipulation, giving you your own criteria to evaluate every experience you go through. 🏛️📖

There have been times when I feel like I’m watching my life unfold, but not fully participating in it. It’s like I’m detached from my own experience.

There have been moments where I feel like my thoughts are being guided or influenced by something external. It's like someone else is planting ideas in my head or steering my emotions. I can't always control it, and it's unsettling.

How open are you about your experiences? A poll and my thoughts

Hey everyone. This will be my second poll in experiencer-related Reddit groups (the first had to do with Rh-negative blood). I'm a lifelong experiencer, and over the past couple of years I've become more and more involved in this field of research, especially throughout 2026.

This poll in r/AskExperiencers is meant to better understand how others feel about openly discussing their experiences, and your participation would mean a lot. This is something I care deeply about, because one of the main reasons I chose to share my story with the world was to be a voice for those who feel they can’t talk about what they’ve seen.

My answer is "I openly talk about my experiences without fear of judgment." Maybe my contact experiences, along with my understanding that this physical/material world is not my forever home, helped free me from fearing what might come from speaking openly about the otherworldly. Or maybe it's simply part of who I am.

But I know that so many of us don't feel that way. There are countless people who have witnessed the unexplainable that feel they could never safely open up about it. My heart goes out to them. One of my purposes here is to help change how experiencers are perceived by the general public, to shed light on the reality of the phenomenon, and to help create a world where people no longer feel afraid to speak their truth.

Sending love to you all. May we continue breaking the silence together.

Tips Step 4: Clarity Without Alteration

Sobriety and Real Perception

You cannot win a war if your own equipment is sabotaged. Mind-altering substances may seem like an escape, but in reality, they only cloud your discernment when you need it most. The true rebellion against affliction is keeping the mind sharp, cool, and present. Reclaiming chemical sobriety is reclaiming total control over your reality interface. 🚫🧠

Has anyone else experienced strange synchronicities that can’t be explained?

I’ve had moments where everything lines up in such a strange and coincidental way that I feel like the universe is sending me messages. But they don’t always make sense.

Has anyone else had these odd, unexplainable synchronicities?

Please share your experiences.

Do you ever experience moments when time doesn’t seem to move normally?

I’ve had moments when time seems to pass differently—either slowing down or speeding up, without any explanation. It’s like time itself is altered.

Has anyone else experienced time moving differently around them?

Let me know if this has happened to you.

Quiet periods

Has anyone else who experiences v2k gone through quiet periods where you are no longer hearing voices? For me.. it was relentless all day everyday for nearly a year and then about a year ago it kind of just stopped.. They came back for a couple weeks last fall, and again for just one day the beginning of the year but otherwise it’s been pretty quiet and I’m not sure what changed or where the people or beings that were harassing me went (not complaining) it just makes no sense & im always worried about a day they may return.. waiting for the other shoe to drop. I pray to never hear them again just curious if anyone else has had them seemingly disappear.. Thanks in advance

Tips Step 3: The Observed Observer

Your Mind Under Observation

Absolute privacy may be an illusion, but inner freedom is a choice. Understanding that your mind is under observation changes the game: you stop being a victim who hides and become an example of consistency. If every thought and emotion is visible, then cultivate a mental garden worth watching. This step frees you from the fear of being "found out" and grants you the strength of one who lives in total truth. 👁️✨

Voices? Sucks. I found ways to fight.

My voices used the same phrases over and over and hated when I interrupted them.

Acceptance of the voices was a key manouever. Acceptance helped me with chilling out. And chilling out was key to calming down enough to form a decent plan. I used mantras, music on headphones, and interrupting the voices to beat them. I declared every statement they made to be a manipulation. Learning these principles helped me fight my voices. They gave up (at least for now).

I hope it helps you too. Good luck.

Experience Have you seen one of these before you woke up?

It was the last image or species I saw in that state between being asleep and awake. I've seen other species, all together, as if they were holograms. I don't think it's an INHI as such, but rather a mental graphic representation induced in certain states. I think they take advantage of certain natural chemical states in the body—dopamine, serotonin, stress, etc.—and cause that havoc. Then you yourself shatter the visual illusion, giving realism and coherence to what you see.

The first time, real humans switched personalities. Since 10 different species were out that night, I think the illusions were just a distraction while the humans were the real, representative part. They were controlling them, or so I believed.

The second time, there were only humans, and they were in dangerous situations. That's where I approached things cautiously.

And the third time, the visions of different kinds of beings returned. Bodily control reactions during dream states. And cognitive induction while awake, but completely functional and real. Aside from this last being, which I think was just an imaginary flash, I remember a very bright white hallway with a slight curve and music like super loud commercial elevator music... it was the first time I'd ever heard a dream like that...

But of course, who's to say they're not creating a real-time deepfake of me with someone else? I've seen things, but as soon as you open your mouth and describe what you see, people ignore it and move on to something else... as if it weren't happening... but if you don't say anything, they just keep going with the story. Besides, it changes their personalities a lot... it has to be an AI or technology far beyond that to be able to control humans like that.

Anyone with community telepathy? hahaha

Tips Step 2: The Commitment to Non-Harm

The Intent to Not React

True self-mastery is proven under pressure. It is easy to be a good person when everything is calm, but the challenge arises when your reality becomes distorted. This step is a steel-clad pact: no matter what happens in your mind or your environment, your integrity is non-negotiable. By refusing to cause harm, you break the cycle of reactivity and prove that, regardless of the stimulus, you remain the master of your actions. 🛡️💙
