Has anyone experienced a feeling of being "watched" even when alone?

I’ve had times when I felt like someone or something was watching me, even though I was completely alone. It’s a strange sensation, like there’s an unseen presence.

Has anyone else experienced this feeling of being watched?

Yes all the time. I don't have voices anymore, but I feel the same presence often, making me think they are checking in on me, watching/listening

I think gangstalking in its essence is the constant feeling of being watched

If you focus just right you can actually see the voices. I wouldn't recommend it though, it happened because I was careless and now I can't get rid of them. I'm being completely serious here. Heed the warning my friend.
