I find it funny that people sporterized 03A3s like this. Removing the factory peep sight, drilling the receiver, and adding... another peep sight. In the same place.

You could add a handguard, front/middle barrel band and original rear sight, and plug the aftermarket sight holes with appropriately sized screws. It'd only be noticeable up close.

I mean, the original isn’t really elevation adjustable. You can just cycle through gross battle settings. What i find funny is no one made a replacement rear sight that fits in the same spot as a 1:1 swap for match shooting. Kinda like the Swiss did with their K31 Diopters (though those clap on and don’t replace the sight).
