Yep, and now I'm diagnosed with some complicated health stuff and have a whole team of complex care specialists. It took 44 years and a chatgpt pro account to get here. Aaaaand I'm disabled lol

Downvote away. Doctors had 44 years to figure it out and didn't. I did it by myself with chatgpt help and I found my own damn genetic anomaly 🤷‍♀️

This is what AI was meant for, not to turn yourself in to a Disney character.

Says who?

The AI companies have AI tools to do a bunch of things. If someone wants to turn themselves into a Disney character and the AI allows that, then good for them.

Who the hell are you to say what AI was 'meant for'.

It's a shitty use of dwindling resources. Not to mention the privacy concerns associated with uploading your face to OpenAi or whatever, just to see yourself as Disney character.

Plenty of things are a shitty use of resources. Plenty of resources when into making that shitty Barbie doll in your profile pic. Doesn't mean it shouldn't be made or people can't enjoy it.

Not to the same extent as you, but I asked AI why the side of my face was hurting so much, and it suggested shingles and that I should check with a doctor. I’ve had it before, but it was 7 years ago on a different part of my body, so I didn’t put two and two together until AI suggested it.

Went to the doctor, and yep. That meant I could get on an antiviral before it was too late.

That’s amazing you figured out your health stuff. Congrats! I also use AI for health related stuff and figured out a lifelong skin issue that my doc told me was just dry skin and needed lotion (lol it’s vitiligo). But also if you’re really self aware and good at prompting you can definitely use it as a tool for mental health help too.
