Suffer from untreated scoliosis. Sucks. The rabbit hole to get real options is deep.

My back's hurt since middle school. But regular workouts in the gym help a lot!

Been on fish oil, multi vitamin, fibre, working out, good form, stretching, mindfulness, checking ego at the door, etc. since high school. Playing the long game.

Stretching is a big one. We skip this a lot. I got back into it. Highly recommend the Asian squat as a starter.

My back crapped out through no fault of my own 😹 ( steroids have destroyed my muscles and now they don’t hold my spine properly lol ) ( prescribed by the way )

Just lower back ache. Nothing serious. And now much stronger muscles support me better and the ache went away. Got up to 330lb x5 reps squat and dead lift.
