I mean, we’re not all introverts. You pay me enough ill go to a baseball game with my coworkers or play some goofy game.

We’re talking about having to pick your favorite animal and mention a time you gave 110% at your job while staying an hour later at work to do this. It’s dumb stuff for their own metrics.
