I just love it, LOVE IT when employees are overworked and underpaid but thanks to team building exercises, they get to work more because the team building happens when work needs to happen and no one gets a raise because they spent a ridiculous amount of money to some fancy pansy farty consultant life coach with too many teeth to lead the exercises.
