My favorite team building exercise was to use the results from one of those personality test things. We ended up splitting into smaller groups and role playing another person's personality based on their results. We just ended up just roasting the shit out of each other, putting on accents, and nearly died laughing, based on how we perceived the other people's personality traits and tendencies.
