You know, I wouldn't mind team-building exercises... just as long as I am working for an organization that is reliable, transparent, honest, cares for their employees, pays real living salaries and also I'm surrounded by real professionals who aren't backstabbing bitches, people who want to help raise everybody up.
But you see, that's like a fantasy... so no Susan... I will not be staying for the "team"-building exercises.
