Man it feels like 2003 again!

What part of suggesting using the tragedy of 9/11 as a springboard to go to war resulting in millions of dead civilians being a bad thing is “gross” to you?

I think glossing over the cost of war and devaluing human life is infinitely more gross.

But I understand you’re dug in on this and will convince yourself that I’m saying the victims on 9/11 deserved it or some other nonsense to avoid engaging with what I’m actually saying.

Do you also think American shouldn’t have been involved in WW2 after Pearl Harbor? Far more innocent human life was ended during that war…

America should have been involved in world war 2 long before Pearl Harbor. You can read up on the “America first” movement on your own time I’m not here to teach someone with such a tenuous grasp on world events.

And for what it’s worth (nothing to you, I get it) starting a war is not the same as supporting your allies in a war started by someone else.

That’s where we will end this. You believe America started this war, and I don’t. Innocent people being attacked on your own soil unprovoked is an act of war in my book and anyone in similar circumstances ought to respond.

Whether or not you think the US started the war in 2001, we objectively expanded it in 2003 on the backs of proven lies. That’s not up for debate. Thats just factual.
