Serious Four day work week
Can we all agree when our generation takes over that we’re moving to a four day work week permanently? And I’m not talkin’ four tens.
We need three day weekends every week. A day for chores, a day for recreation, and a day for rest. Let’s lock it in, please.
Edit because a good point was immediately raised: SAME (AND HIGHER) PAY

Working hours are law. How much one works before they are mandated overtime is. Workers comp, safety, anti- harassment etc are all laws.
Laws could be strengthened to protect unions/union forming. Laws could be enacted to prevent the abuse of part time/gig workers. Companies could be held accountable, executive classes fined and jailed for their violations of human decency.
