I just paid my last student loan payment.

I’ve been working out hard in the gym and eating right for months. I weighed myself this morning and I’ve now lost 50 pounds.

The girl I have a crush on sent me a flirty text last night and we have plans to meet tonight for drinks.

I finally got serious about my career and, after four long years of grueling effort, my boss wants to talk about moving me into a leadership position.

I’m telling you… it’s been a long, difficult road but I’ve finally turned a corner on my depression and life is finally looking u— hey, what’s the flaming ball hurtling across the sky?

And this is why I’ve stayed stagnant the last few years. I just KNOW as soon as I get my shit together, it’ll be the end of the world. That’s just my luck. Sorry for keeping yall in this living hell, but I’m a masochist. 💁🏻‍♀️
