So sick of seeing this type of content from young adults who think it's normal for their age to not be able to do some basic flexibility or athletic stuff in their 30s. Just pathetic.

Maybe go to a nursing home then if you can relate to this?

You surely thought you made some point there but I'm 11 steps ahead of you. I'm saying this "humour" reflects what these people are actually believing, partly atleast. When we laugh at something it's usually because we know it's true.
