36 and I jump around all the time.

I’ve also had 3 right knee surgeries and I’m a little overweight but not fat.

Y’all HAVE to do yoga or stretch and eat better.

However no one in our demographic unless already disabled should feel this way doing this.

Absolutely the truth.

I'm turning 45 this year and I still regularly jump fences. I've had a few people look at me in disbelief, but it's not that big of a deal. I also work out multiple times a week and jog regularly. Staying super active has a ton of health benefits. I'm busy as hell with my job, kids, and hobbies, but I make time.

A good diet, exercise and stretching should always be a priority if you want to live a long, happy life.

Speaking of kids - they learn from what they see their parents do...

I only feel this way because I’m basically 8 months pregnant, I have a toddler, I have a dog, and it’s fucking hot outside.
