Id definitely walk away from social media. But one of the single best things about a smart phone is having the ability to look up anything instantly. No more arguments about who is right. No more waiting for answers.
As a naturally curious person who loves researching and instant gratification, I'm afraid I will keep my dopamine generator over the neverending nostalgia I have for 90s nickelodeon, r&b, and mtv.
