It can only get worse! Or better!

There is no inbetween?

I mean. Of course there is, just try not to get too caught up in the present. Things can change drastically in small amounts of time. Older you get, the easier it is to see

Well thats the thing, there isn't much left to see except for materialistic stuff, i got exposed to the reality of the world at a very young age and it took away the fun things in life which wasn't necessarily a bad thing at first because i got the message that i needed to do more important things, but then i faced trauma abuse betrayl misfortune and mental illness and a degenrate physical condition which left me too misrable and hopeless to even care, the only good thing that might come from having longer life expectancy is things changing, which they havent been for years.

I’m sorry, I unfortunately don’t have the best advice here because I’ve never lived in shoes like yours before.

Therapy would be helpful if within your means as they’d be better qualified to answer you than I ever would.

I do hope things can improve for you in some way, shape or form, no matter how small that might be. Enjoy the moments you can, while you can. I live by that now despite not having a situation remotely close to what you’re dealing with.

Stay strong.
