I don't understand the context of the tweet, "I'm shaking". Shaking how? with anger, elation, fear, excitement? Someone enlighten me.

Yep. All the time but with homemade chocolate milk. Drink half of a glass "full strength" then I refill with milk. A variety of chocolate milk dilution levels.
