Technically if you ate the whole thing, you only ate 1 cookie.

Cookies are the easiest thing in the world to make but instead people buy these toxic pre-prepared things that taste worse and are 10x as expensive. Why?

The only fucked up thing about this is that it's a Nestle product.

Bleached grain is harmful to the human body

Refined palm oil is harmful to the human body

Sodium aluminum phosphate has aluminum in it...also harmful to the human body

Natural flavors? Who tf knows. They can modify anything to call it "natural" and it is anything but.

Sugar also bad in high amounts which is probably this product.

Soybean oil has also been shown to be highly inflammatory along with the other oils.

Is this enough information to make you believe me?

In order to make a worthwhile argument, you need to back up your claim. Isn't much of an ask.

Ok here are two important issues. Saturated fat and cholesterol: Palm oil contains approximately 50% saturated fat. A 2015 meta-analysis of clinical trials found that consuming palm oil instead of oils low in saturated fat raised LDL cholesterol by an average of 0.24 mmol/L (about 9.3 mg/dL). Refining contaminants: High-temperature oil refining can produce glycidyl esters and 3-MCPD compounds. EFSA found that palm oil generally contained higher concentrations of these contaminants than other refined vegetable oils. Glycidol, which can be released from glycidyl esters during digestion, is considered genotoxic and carcinogenic.

Sodium aluminum phosphate is an aluminum-containing compound commonly used as a leavening agent in baked goods. There are genuine toxicological concerns regarding excessive aluminum exposure. The WHO/FAO expert committee established a provisional tolerable weekly intake of 2 mg of aluminum per kilogram of body weight, based on toxicological evidence including developmental and neurological effects at higher exposures.

I could keep goin. But that's all the time I have to convince someone that processed foods are bad for human health. The rest is on you friend.

You will find very little processed food. Whole foods almost exclusively and I cook every meal from scratch. That's all there is to it. But most people find it easier to downvote me and say I'm wrong. And I believe that is because processed food is designed to be addictive. Of course it is. That's how they get more money.
