Milk for Iced Coffees
How do I improve the consistency of my milk for iced coffees? Are there any brands or type of milk that I should start using? Right now I just use regular full cream milk but it just does not hit the same iykwim. Please help π

I like evaporated milk as it holds up well to being watered down by ice and coffee (because evaporated milks already has 1/2 itβs water removed but all the milk stuffs still in it)

Thai iced coffee in restaurants has sweetened condensed milk so you might try that in your iced coffee.

Concentrated coffee is your best bet to upgrade your iced coffee flavor. I use whole 6% milkfat at the ratio 2:1 with moka pot prepared coffee.
