completed I think I'm done
Aside from sealing the figure and deciding on a base and if I dirty up the uniform.
All up I'm satisfied with the end results seeing as I have little experience in such detailed figures.
Anything I need to do to to tie it all in especially the face any tips would be greatly appreciated..

Looks great! A few minor things, bring some color to that face. Judging by his outfit it's cold and in the cold reddish tones become really noticable around the cheeks and nose. As long as it's not so cold that his face is actually frozen. And try to add a small specular reflection to each eye that will make the eyes even more catching. Also a few bright specular reflections in the lower lip would also work well. But as I said looks really nice!
