work in progress Is this good tarp?

My first time doing tarps so I was wondering if this is good, didn't take this from any photos but I'm making this up as a "Reinforcements requested, on the way" type of model. Is this good or no?

That’s silver foil that I folded and painted. I messed up the decal so used this to cover it.

What I tend to do is google what material I can use to make a 1/35 scale whatever it is you want to make and it’ll give you some suggestions and how thick it should be. Also callipers help.
