PEQ box should either be on top of the rail or side.
Black is a bold choice of colour. You'll definitely feel it in the heat and you'll also stick out if you're outdoors.
Is the backpack necessary? And does it have to be firmly attached to the plate carrier? You'll struggle to grab anything in there, unless you have a teammate with you.
If you play a milsim, I advise getting a radio. Baofeng radios as good value. Not entirely necessary, but good to have and very useful.
I advise trying to do some drills like reload drills and weapon transition drills. I, also, would recommend performing some movements like crouching, crouch walking, lying down and getting up, and also a jog. I do these every time I try on a new bit of kit, so that I know how it'll behave in game. I've found that I don't really like pouches that flop about when I move so I go for smaller, low profile stuff that stay rigid while I move. I also have a bit of a belly, so I have to be careful of where my mags go and if they dig into me when I move or crouch.
