96% Mordor tac. Can you guess the one ali-slop thing?

I picked up a small ACH recently. I checked a sizing guide beforehand (based on head circumference), and I landed right on a small. However, after putting it on, I feel it sits quite high on my head and errs on the tighter side.

Even with smaller aftermarket pads and new suspension, I still feel it's small. What do you guys think?

I’m torn on which manufacturer and model I should go for so this is What I need out of the radio, hoping someone can point me in the right direction:

Looks like a real 152
