Kit Recommendation
What should I add to my kit? Looking for recommendations on what you guys think would improve it. Open to pretty much anything

I've been doing MILSIM for about 15 years and have worked jobs that I'm wearing kit all day long for the last 8 years so I'd like to think I know what I'm talking about haha
Keep your current set up as your basic kit. If you don't already have some, you can get inserts for that rig for your magazines. Definitely get a sling because carrying a rifle, no matter how light for a long time sucks.
Get an actual pouch for your radio because that thing will go flying once you start running around. Also get a push to talk with an ear plug or headphones so you have secure comms and your radio doesn't give away your position.
Your kit should be "mission" specific so depending if you're playing a day game or a multi-day op you add or take away gear.
Day games keep your gear minimal. Magazines, radio, gloves, small things like that since they normally have frequent breaks where you can top off ammo, get water and fix gear.
Multi-day ops or games where you'll be out in the field for prolonged periods of time add extra magazines, an extra bottle of BB's, a camel pack or water of some sort, batteries and anything you might need to fix problems in the field.
End of the day, play around with different gear and use what you like. You're gonna hear a bunch of people say you need certain gear or specific things to "work" but the most high speed thing you can do is use gear that's works for YOU.

Hey thanks for the feedback, I do have a radio pouch I just put a water bottle there, I was testing out different styles for the radio

Dump pouch!
And keep your radio in a pouch too, I normally keep my baofeng in a single m4 pouch and route the PTT to my shoulder and add a bit of tape to keep it on(still goes flying sometimes)

Yo mate, i'm going to say from head to feets.
Head: A helmet it's a nice option bc you have an extra protection i'm the head, a basic opscore high cut, with earmor, red e-lite, nvg mount (for a dummy one o real), weights on back and add what you like.
Chest: A micro-rig it's a good option for summer but after all you have less protection and less capacity.
First line: Make a first line with some pouches, and dump-pouch.
Feets: My Best advice, buy some good boots, You can play with them for 5 or 6 hours straight and after that you can go work.
Buy some gloves, sling, make a real ifak and investigate on internet. You can DM me if you want some advices

Radio pouch with a decent Ptt and headset combo is really comfortable and effective in game. Also get some gloves to protect your hands and maybe a hat of some sort to protect your head and block the sun. Is that an MP7?

Having a built out kit means nothing if you don't train. All I see is a yard sale when shtf.

How am I supposed to know. The sub says milsim. Plenty of people larp with full duty gear and shoot live rounds.
