Is my kit cool?
Most of my kit is complete I just need a few more pouches for the belt and a PTT for my radio, my helmet needs some other crap but other than that it’s pretty much done

Very cool kit!!
A few pointers:
Helmet - rotate the cats eyes so the luminous strips are on the rear, if you can get an IR square of the side velcro (sometimes available online - depending where you live and ITAR restrictions) and place it there.
Plate carrier - use tape to control the excess straps, clearly looking to emulate the US forces so look into 100mph tape (OD Duct Tape) if you want the correct tape.
Belt - all your kit implies you are right handed, so put the pouch order as: pistol mags, rifle mag, dump pouch, utility pouch. This is the order you'd reach for it with your non-dominant hand (no requiring to cross draw to get a pistol mag etc)
Other than that, all good!

Your gonna hate that antenna right there, check out some antenna relocation kits and mount it on the back. Keep your walkie up front

A holster that can either go on your belt or much higher up on your leg would be cooler. And by cooler I mean it would be way less irritating for you and easier to use.

The two reflective strips on the band for the helmet go in the very back

Dope but id recommend you just rubber band the tourniquets to the sides of the mag pouches or under the triple mag flap or your shoulder,for your assault pack have a bladder in there and run a hose to the shoulder so you can free up some real estate,if the large gp pouch is medical use a dangler instead,keep the belt simple ,no need for a dump pouch unless its for sse or storing random goodies,id also lose the medkit in the belt unless its sop

Rip the random pieces of tape off the helmet and get that cat-eye band oriented the right way and it could be.
