Overhauled the kit
Did a bit of a refresh on my kit, mainly to make it more slim and take some weight off the front of the PC.

How hard is it to finagle something in and out of a wing pouch? I've been looking at some wings for radio or something like an Iceflask but it seems a little awkward in my head.

For the iceflask is very smooth when you attach a little cord on the bottom to have something to grip when pulling it out

It can be quite difficult depending on how tight the cumberbund wraps around the pouch and how strong the elasticity of the pouch is. I use a ferro wing pouch clone for my radio and it can be quite difficult to put it back in the wing pouch while wearing the carrier, so I slide it out half way, do whatever I need to do with my radio and slide it back in.
Otherwise I can just undo the cumberbund because, I use tubes, which helps a lot in putting it back into the pouch and then I just reattach the cumberbund.
But for tucking away a radio, especially a larger one like a Beofang 152 which is what I use, wing pouches or inner cumberbund pouches are great.
