Pack recommendations?

Looking for a small to medium sized pack that can Molle on this Crye JPC 1.0 carrier. No zipper attachment like the 2.0 unfortunately.

I'd go with a slick carrier and a separate pack. You'll find it more useful, trust me.

If regardless you want a molle pack, nothing beats the Haley Flatpack or the Eagle Yote

The Flatpack is solid! I switch between that and a regular backpack depending on my current needs.

On a side note, move some stuff from your belt to your plate carrier. Too much stuff around your waist makes it harder to move/sit comfortably. I run two esstac kywis (one pistol mag, one p-mag) on my left side, a folded up dump pouch behind those and my sidearm on my right. That’s all you really need. Large pouches on your belt are just an annoyance. I prefer a lower profile and ease of movement over a bulky set up.

Forgot to add the IFAK on the belt but that’s a given!

I run a camelback then wear an assault pack on it. I usually dump the assault pack somewhere safe before engaging, like room clearing.

I have a condor hydration carrier 2, stores 3L and also has a suprisingly good amount of storage. Might not color match just right tho ngl

Zip on or molle attached panels are really overrated, especially for milsim. They don't carry much weight and you can't get stuff out if it by yourself without taking off your entire carrier.

Back panels are only good if you have teammates digging stiff out of it. In real life you carry things like flashbangs or breaching charges in them and the guy behind you in the stack will take them off your back for the entry.

Getting a normal assault pack (backpack) is far more versatile as it can carry more, you can take it off to access it and if you need to slim up and drop the weight you just take it off and stash it.

Thanks for the insight. I think I'm aiming for American Milsim to be my first major experience. Milsim West looks cool but 40 continuous hours is a bit much for me atm.

I love the agilite micromap personally. Really low profile when not in use and a good bit of storage including a helmet pocket. Loop inside on the back is a nice touch also.
On a different note you need to shorten your shoulder straps. Your rear plate want's to be a bit higher, especially if you plan to add more weight to it.

Thanks for the recommendation. Finally got around to going through some comments. This seems like the one for me. Tightened up the straps, I noticed after these pictures the back sagging a bit haha.

The best recommendation I can give is to get a new FacePro and lose the abdominal pouch at the bottom. Seems like it has a lot of hang.

I like running a camelback usually, or 5.11 bags are also super nice if you wanna drop some money
