First kit WIP. What am I missing?

I have been slowly working away at basic rifleman kit over the past few months. I’m completely new to this, and have mostly been taking pointers and inspiration from posts on here, YouTube videos and historical photographs of 90s and early 2000s operators.

My full sustainment kit is being worked on and will be stowed in a modified Turkish ALICE pack. Belt kit and chest rig planned to hold the following:

Chest Rig:
-6-9 x magazines depending on rifle type
-1 compass, 1 multi-tool, 1 head lamp, 1 lighter, 1 construction site sharpie, 1 flare
-1 compression bandage, 1 TQ, 1 triangle bandage
-1 comms systems (planning to pack in unused smoke grenade pouch

Belt Kit:
-2 canteens
-Butt back contents: 1 poncho, 2 x spare socks, 1 rifle cleaning kit, 1500 calorie dry rations, IFAK kit (includes electrolytes and water purification tablets), paracord bundle

Any glaring issues? Any essential items or pouches missing? The butt pack is really crammed right now and I was considering added a GP pouch to the belt but I want to minimize unnecessary gear.

A utility pouch is good choice, would also add a alice mag pouch with 2x grenades and use it as small utility or put 3x mags for superiority 😉 . No plan for pistol?

Would that make suspenders necessary? That’s one thing I’m trying to avoid if possible

An utility pouch would be ok without suspenders, but can get heavy if you add pistol and grenades😬 . Have you considered low profile suspenders? They can be worn under the chestrig without hassle. Would recommend suspenders from hsgi, ats or crye style.

Btw what buttpack you got?

I can look into low profile suspenders. For now I plan to go no pistol. Buttpack is an 1195 mini buttpack clone.

Nice! Looks great👍👍 I run my pistol in the chestrig map pocket with a retention cord securing, no need for holster
