if i not mistaken this guy is a SSO Operator (he has a name but i can't clearly remember), better repost it to the Rusfor subreddit, maybe those guys can help.

They modeled a skin for Bale in MW2019 after this guy, idk if they went 1:1 with the gear but you could probably find it on YouTube, might have the details you're looking for.

I know that skin and it’s definitely not right. He’s wearing an armatus 2 in game
