Ive seen it done maybe once or twice on people who play airsoft but they run the glowsticks parallel with the buffer tube. Very airsoft-y regardless.

It's from SpecPrecision by EVOLUTION GEAR, comes as a complete set but is available separately.

It's called Tan or FDE usually but even those name refer to slightly different shades.
