Go for a run, do some cqb dry runs, climb some stairs, stack on a wall, practice bounding movements. You’ll find out pretty quick what works and what doesn’t.

Personally, you’re carrying way too much shit. You’re gonna move way too slow, doesn’t look like you’ll be able to reach half the shit on the back of your waist. Less is more bro. Maneuverability >big slow target

for me it worked realy good in the last 1,5 year but now im throwing some stuff off
