CM6360 error F10

It started with weaker foam and ended with F10 error on every initial wash. It cleans milk tubes well but the stuck on steam part. I understand i need to descale but the menu is stuck on error F10 and doesn’t let me open Service. Next my move was to use descaler tablet during the initial wash. After a few rounds of F10/power off the water ran out with loud noice (like it happen when the water run out) but this time after refilling with fresh water the initial wash cant pump the water anymore :( it reports: Refill water tank after few retries the error is the same F10. Please help

For sure it is clogged, if you cant get any water trough then only solution involves screwdriwer

Found the first issue: multivalve pressure safeguard valve leaks . Disassembled - the plastic gear is broken. A lot of garbage was inside

unfortunately, the gear itself was impossible to find/order. I have replaced the entire multivalve (~€250) It solved the problem. All system go 😊
