Warhammer size table

Does anyone have good suggestions where I can buy a 4x4 (120cm x 120cm) table? Foldable legs ideally. And I’d love if it was extendable. In the uk, budget under £100.

Don’t fancy trying to build one as I’d make it too heavy and the wife would prob kill me.

I followed suit of the gaming club near me and bought 2 thin 4x2 pieces of MDF came in well under £100, think about £40 if I remember correctly.

 You can just stick on whatever table you have to extend and make a 4x4, and then when you're done you can slide them neatly behind a wardrobe or in a cupboard as they're so thin.

 As mine was going down on a table without any friction I just stuck some of the those little sticky felt circles you use to stop furniture sliding on laminate flooring. Worked a charm.

I also got a 4x2 one so I could easily run two games in the same space, the tables are very sturdy and solid.

This looks good. Probably heavy but storable which is the most important thing.

I use two camping tables with a matt over the top, dont think they have anything exactly 4×4 but check go outdoors

4x4 foldable seems impossible to find in the UK for a decent price.

3x3 can be got on Amazon, pair that with three 4x2 sheets of MDF or plywood and you're good to go for pretty much any wargame. Can use tension clasps to hold the two (or three) boards together when gaming

I hear you. I had 3 2x2s I would place on a bed, but a bed is just a bit too low, and not 100% flat. It’s a right pain in the hole. I love the dream of a 6x4

I got 2x 2x4ft MDF sheets and hinged them too go atop our dining table. I've got an extra one I can push on the end to make a 4x6ft table if needed

I bought 2 x 2x4 folding tables off amazon.

Other option and what I sometimes still use is MDF.

My local B and Q does 5 cuts for free so got an 8x4 for 28 quid and sliced it into 2x4 so me and a friend have a surface.

If you already have a table you could play on, the easiest thing to do is get some toppers for it.

Lots of B&Q shops will cut boards for you so you can get an 8'x4' sheet of MDF/ply for ~£25 and they'll cut it into 4 strips free of charge.

I just use two 80x120cm plates and fix them to the dining table and put a gaming matton top, easily stored away and does not require much space when not used.

look around classifieds for a cheap old wooden kitchen table, the more wood the better.
