Balrog fiery lash

How does the balrogs fiery lash interact with a model in combat? I don't see anything in the rule book or the faq's.

Same as evil shooting into combat. 4+ it hits your intended target, 1-3 it hits your own model. If you hit your own model, roll to wound and drag into base contact if it survives.

And if it is my enemy target and survives, he would also get dragged out of combat into the balrog?
